What personal data do we process?

Purposes and lawful bases

Retention periods
We do not retain personal data longer than necessary. For tax and administrative records, a statutory retention period of 7 years generally applies. Other data are retained as long as necessary for the purpose or as legally required.
Sharing with third parties (processors and third parties)
We only share data when necessary:
- Processors: hosting provider, IT service providers, email/newsletter provider, accountant/administration office (under a data processing agreement).
- Third parties: tax authorities and other competent authorities, and when legally required or with your consent.
International transfers
If data are processed outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Details are available upon request.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data, including access restrictions, encryption where appropriate, and periodic security reviews.
